1. Acceptance of Terms of Use.
Local Global Ads provides a collection of online resources which includes classified ads, and various other services (hereafter referred to as "the Services") which are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). By using the Services in any way you agree to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using the Services you agree to abide by any posted guidelines for particular Services which may change from time to time. Should you object to the TOU or any subsequent guidelines or conditions then please discontinue the use of this website immediately.
2. Amendment of Terms of Use (TOU).
We reserve the right to amend, change or otherwise alter the TOU, at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice to you. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication. 4. Registration and Password.

If Local Global Ads has reason to suspect that such information is untrue we reserve the right to deny current and future use of the Services to you. Local Global Ads is a digital bulletin board which provides a platform by which prospective sellers and buyers of goods and services can meet. The content of all postings, including but not limited to text, images, files, messages, photos and sounds are the sole responsibility of the poster. When you post an ad you are entirely responsible for the content of each ad which you post, email or otherwise make available through the Service.
Local Global Ads is a solely a venue and is not involved in any transaction between any parties who use the site, unless specifically stated. We do not control the content of ads or messages posted on this site, nor do we screen or censor the users of the site. Local Global Ads has no control over the availability, quality, safety or legality of goods or services offered by ad posters, nor do we control payments made by a buyer to a seller, nor do we guarantee that any transaction will be completed or even that goods offered actually exist. We do not and cannot confirm each users identity. Local Global Ads has no obligation to become involved in any dispute between parties who make transaction via this website. In the event of a dispute between you and any user of the Services you agree to release Local Global Ads (including our directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries or successors in rights) from all claims, demands and damages (whether direct or not) of every kind, whether known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed, suspected or unsuspected. We recommend that you use caution when dealing with other users of the Services on this site. We recommend that you do not publish your phone number, address or email address on the site and that you consult our Privacy Policy.
Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that this site provides suitable viewing for minors, you understand that by using the Service you may be exposed to content which is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
6. Prohibited Content - Posts must NOT contain:
Pornography, adult, or mature terms (including but not limited to) nudity, semi-nudity, sexual imagery/acts, lewd/graphic or profane language (including misspellings).
Services for prostitution.
Telephone numbers listed in Dating & Personals or any sub-category thereof.
Solicitation to entice users to another similar website.
Posts in the wrong category or duplicate posts. If your product or service fits well into more than one category this will be allowed (at our sole discretion).
Hyperlinks are limited one per ad, including signatures.
Violent or racially intolerant language, or any form of hate speech or images directed against any individual, group or organization.
Excessive profanity.
Illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Prescription drugs and medical devices, including but not limited to hypodermic needles.
Blood, body fluids or body parts.
Gambling or casino related content.
Weapons such as firearms, brass knuckles, ammunition, balisongs, pepper sprays, stun guns and butterfly knives.
Alcohol.
Tobacco or tobacco related products.
Promotion of an illegal activity or an activity which infringes on the legal rights of others.
References to tragedies or other sensitive current events.
Any other terms which are illegal, promote illegal activity or infringe on the legal rights of others.
Material must comply with the applicable law in either the country from which it was posted, or the country of residence of the owner of this web site.
Material must not contain anything which is defamatory of any person.
Material must not be obscene, hateful, offensive, derogatory or inflammatory.
Pornography of any form.
Promotion of violence.
Promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Infringe any copyright, patent, database right, trade mark or any other legal right of any other person.
Be likely to deceive any person.
Be in breach of any legal duty owed to a third person, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
Promotion of any illegal activity.
Be threatening, abusive, or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
Be used to impersonate any other person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any other person.
Give the impression that they emanate from us, when they do not.
Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as computer misuse or copyright infringement.
Uploads which contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar program or software which may damage either ours, or another's hardware or software.
Uploads must not falsify the origin or source of software or other materials contained in files. Nor must they contain deletions of author attributions, legal notices, proprietary designations or labels.
7. Spam and Scams
We will actively fight against spam and scam on the internet. Spam is broadly the unsolicited distribution of emails and marketing materials, and scams are unfortunately widespread. Spammers and scammers who try to abuse this website will be added to the Scam List and their IP addresses will be blocked from not only this site, but an increasingly growing number of other classified sites who are determined to fight against this type of abuse. As always, we would advise you to be careful out there. We recommend that you be especially wary of any vendors who insist on payment by Western Union or direct bank transfers. Do not be fooled into sending money abroad, or anywhere else without solid guarantees. Be aware of scams like the Puppy Scam. That cute pedigree puppy looks lovely and he's free to a good home, its just that the owner can't afford the US$500 or so to get him vaccinated and shipped from the other side of the world. That cute little puppy is the owners meal ticket and he's going nowhere. Please read our Privacy Policy.
8. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify us for claims at admin@localglobalads.com.
Please provide us with the following in the notice:
1) Identify the material on our site with enough detail so that we can locate it.
2) A statement by you that you have good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
3) A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that 1) the above information is accurate and 2) that you are the copyright owner of the interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
4) Your address, telephone number and email address.
5) Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of the above, Local Global Ads will remove the infringing posting(s) subject to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

The links on this website may lead directly to other websites and you understand that these websites are not under the control of Local Global Ads, nor are we responsible for the operation of, or contents of any linked site. The presence of links on this website to other websites in no way confers our endorsement of such websites or the products or services which they may offer. We are not responsible for any web transmissions from any linked sites. We recommend that you consult the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of all sites where you conduct transactions.
10. Rights Granted To Local Global Ads
By posting ads, messages, submitting feedback or suggestions, uploading files or communicating in any other way with Local Global Ads, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control the necessary rights to do so and to grant Local Global Ads the licences set forth below. You hereby grant Local Global Ads and its affiliated companies permission to:
1) Use, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, create derivative works from, sub-licence, transfer or sell any such communication.
2) Sub-licence to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with regard to the communication.
3) Publish your name in connection with any such communication.
The foregoing rights include the rights to exploit any intellectual property or proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, patent and trademark. No compensation shall be paid to you, or due to you by Local Global Ads or its sub-licensee's use of any materials contained in such communication. We are not obliged to post or publish any materials which you provide and may edit or remove such materials at our sole discretion.
11. Refunds
Refunds for featured and extended ads are not available except at the discretion of the management. We will delete without refund any ad or post which contravenes our TOU, including misspellings which are designed to circumnavigate our Quality Control.
12. Chargebacks
You understand and agree that chargebacks are unlawful if services from Local Global Ads have been provided.
All chargebacks on credit cards for services which have been rendered will be contested, if we believe such chargeback is unjustified.
We will use this document as evidence in any dispute with your bank and our processing company.
If you have any dispute with Local Global Ads regarding billing, you should contact us directly without initiating chargeback procedures.
All chargebacks shall evoke an automatic US$50 administration fee without exception. Any chargeback initiations will incur, in addition to legal fees, via a collection agency:
1) Value of original service provided.
2) $50 administration fee
3) $30 recovery fee
4) $25 chargeback fee
Your use of the Service includes your acceptance to pay the above listed costs.
In the event of a chargeback or outstanding debt, Local Global Ads may at our sole discretion disclose all relevant information to a third party for the purpose of debt recovery, or civil or criminal proceedings. Such information may include all information held by us, or obtained from other sources.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITY
LOCAL GLOBAL ADS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY ANY USE OF THE SERVICES. SELLERS ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES WHICH THEY SUPPLY.
THE LOCAL GLOBAL ADS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET THE USERS REQUIREMENTS, OR BE TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.
LOCAL GLOBAL ADS IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT OF ANY AD, OR CLAIMS OR OMISSIONS FROM ANY AD. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE.
YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOUR OWN DISCRETION, AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY TRANSACTION REGARDING ANY AD OR POST WHICH YOU MAKE.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY Local Global Ads (including our directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries or successors in rights) from all claims, demands and damages (whether direct or not) of every kind, whether known or unknown, disclosed or undisclosed, suspected or unsuspected, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF ANY MATERIALS WHICH YOU SUBMIT TO THE SERVICE, OR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TOU, OR YOUR BREACH OF ANY OF THE REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES HEREIN, OR BY YOUR VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANOTHER, in any way, shape or form either imaginable or unimaginable.
